Equity Commercial Management, Inc. (ECM) was formed in 1999 for the purpose of providing quality third-party property management services for small to medium sized commercial properties. Our executive team has collectively been in the business for more than 75 years, and our clients benefit directly from their experience.
Landlords enjoy hassle-free real estate ownership and a maximum return on their investment. Their tenants enjoy the peace of mind that comes from conducting business in a facility that is clean, well-kept, and optimally functional.
Because ECM is free from the burdens of large organizational hierarchies, we are able to provide every owner and tenant with the individualized attention that their properties and businesses deserve. Our approach is personal, hands-on, and no-nonsense. If an issue does arise, our professionals are readily accessible, and our clients appreciate that they can speak directly to someone with an experienced ear.
